*What kind of payment method do you offer?
At the moment we offer bank-in payment. There are two choices:
l Maybank
l CIMB
*Is my privacy and personal information secure?
Yes, we only need it for the shopping transaction purposes only.
*When should I do the payment?
Once the order had been confirm, you have within two days to make the payment. If we do not receive payment within that time, we consider it as a cancellation.
*Can I modify or cancel my order?
Cancelling: After payment had been made, you cannot cancel your order.
Modify: After payment had been made, you cannot modify your order. Unless you have something to add on and want to save up shipping, just do a new order and let us know to have them post together. (Depends if your previous ordered item have not been post yet)
*Where do you ship? What is the rate?
We do shipping for all 14 states in Malaysia
